Welcome to my new series Beaded Florals. Florals seem like the perfect way to brighten up the grey winter days.
In the last post we began with the gorgeous Feathery Fan Flower.
In this lesson I will show you how to take a few grams of seed beads and turn them into a fluffy pom pom styled Chrysanthemum. am providing the tutorial in video form. However, I plan to revisit this technique later for a Gingko leaf project. Hopefully, I will be able to do a photo layout at that time.
Materials and Tools
I will be using two colors of size 11 seed beads. Feel free to use any colors you like for your flower. I condition my thread with microcrystalline wax, but any thread conditioner or thread wax work as well.
